1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We may update, modify, or replace these Terms, including the coin system, rewards, pricing, or community rules, at any time. Updates take effect immediately when posted on this site. Your continued use of Shibari.PH after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to join.

3. Community Guidelines

Explicit and adult content is welcome when consensual and legal.
Hate speech, harassment, illegal activities, and non-consensual content are strictly prohibited.
Moderation is performed after posting. Reported content may be removed.
Repeat offenders may be warned, suspended, or banned.

4. Gamification & Coins

Coins are a virtual currency used only within Shibari.PH to unlock digital products, services, and community perks.
Coins are not legal tender, have no cash value outside our platform, and are non-refundable.
Coin balances, badges, and rewards may be adjusted for abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
We may change coin pricing, bonuses, and redemption rules at any time.

5. Payments & Refunds

All digital purchases are final and non-refundable.
There are no subscriptions at this time.

6. Intellectual Property

Content shared by members remains their property. By posting, you grant Shibari.PH a license to display and distribute it within the community platform.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes must first be submitted to arbitration or mediation. If unresolved, cases may proceed to Philippine courts.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

1. Information We Collect

We collect:

Nickname/username and email address (required for membership).
Optional sensitive data such as sexual preferences, gender identity, profile images, and videos, only when shared voluntarily.
Gamification and community activity data (points, badges, coin balances).
Device/IP logs for safety and moderation.
Analytics data through Google Analytics.

We do not store payment card details. Payments are handled manually via GCash or direct bank transfer.

2. Purpose of Collection

Your data is used for:

Membership access and account management.
Tracking gamification rewards and coin balances.
Sending newsletters, event invitations, and promotions.
Ad retargeting for members who have opted in.
Moderation and enforcing community rules.

3. Legal Basis

We process personal data with your consent, which you provide during signup, and for our legitimate interest in running a safe and functional community.

4. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time by:

Using the profile deletion tool inside your account settings, or

5. Your Rights

Under RA 10173, you have the right to:

Access and request a copy of your data.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Withdraw consent and request deletion.
Object to processing for marketing.

6. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We share data only with:

Email automation provider (Systeme.io)
Analytics provider (Google Analytics)

We do not sell or rent personal information.

7. Security

We implement SSL encryption, regular security scans, and access controls to keep your data safe.

8. Breach Notification

If a data breach poses a risk to your rights, we will notify affected users within the required time frame.
